From the Desk of…
Hey, you know what, I’ve had worse weeks. I ate some good food. I skipped some meetings. I had plans get canceled, that was fantastic. The hobgoblins at the statehouse advanced their undemocratic measures to make it harder for the citizens of this state to have any power of their own lives, so that’ll give me something to yell at folks about for the May primary (probably). That, and the now-on-the-horizon constitutional amendment that the abortion rights advocates are gonna put forward (well, not for May, but voting in general). Fun times ahead. Let’s see what I’ve been thinking about lately.
The Brain Dump
uric acid crystallization is lowkey gouted when pain and inflammation is the vibe
[does like half of one chore] i deserve a break. not too long though. one movie will do.
I'm sorry, it's just a little unbelievable to me that a tornado could pick up a house and have it land directly on a witch
hallelujah is not a christmas song. stop playing this
MICHAEL CAINE [with the absolute sincerity of Gielgud trodding the boards at the Old Vic with the words of Shakespeare in his mouth]: this is fozziwig's old rubber-chicken factory
I stand by my strong opinions about Hallelujah. Also, there has only been one good cover of it. Do not message me about other covers: I do not care.
At the Movies
If I watched something recently released, I didn’t log it on Letterboxd. I guess I half-heartedly had the new Guardians of the Galaxy Christmas whatsit on the background one night (seemed mid).

One Picture
Hey, it’s not so bad if I just screenshot it from desktop, the most sensible way to use Instantgram.
In closing,
There’s still time to shop for that special somebody, even if that somebody is yourself.
